The Ultimate Human Life
Amendment (UHLA) is the first model State Human Life Amendment ever
introduced in U.S. History. A Human Life Amendment is
also know as a Personhood Amendment. The UHLA was specifically designed
to protect the Right to Life of all persons equally, including
Unborn Children. It was designed to legally maneuver the
U.S. Supreme Court into adopting a Federal definition of
